Experience Responsibilities:
Responsible for Job site Planning, Scheduling, and overseeing Responsible for Project material on or under the budget Responsible for Project Subcontractors quality, process, and procedures Attend and represent the company on all GC's and/or Builder's meetings. Handle and print drawings as needed. Responsible for Drawings clarifications and Request for Information (RFI'S) Responsible to handle all Preliminary Change Orders Responsible of Job site safety and quality assurance Review Payment Application with General Superintendent Subcontractors completed work draws approval Responsible for on time Material Orders and deliveries schedule Material and equipment inventory weekly Report Concrete Weekly Pour Log Job site Performance weeklyReport Requirements:
- 7 years Construction experience
- 5 years as a concrete superintendent
- Strong knowledge on blueprint interpretation
- Commercial and Multifamily projects experience (preferred)
- Procore platform experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (is a Plus)
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$75,000.00- $80,000.
