The driver will operate and maintain a concrete mixer truck while coordinating with dispatch, plant personnel, and jobsite crews. Responsibilities Safely transport and deliver ready-mix concrete Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Operate the mixer drum and discharge chutes Follow delivery tickets and dispatch instructions Clean the drum, chutes, and truck after deliveries Maintain required driving and delivery records Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies Report mechanical, safety, or concrete-quality concerns Qualifications Valid Class A or Class B CDL Current DOT medical card Acceptable driving record Commercial driving experience preferred Ready-mix truck experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours as needed Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must pass pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT testing requirements Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb in and out of the truck, handle concrete chutes, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around active construction equipment.
