What you'll do Own nightly execution across pipe finishing , outlets/specials , and loading . Stage and coordinate material deliveries to keep work flowing. Champion safety, quality, and throughput with a strong on-floor presence. Create and track action plans to meet commitments and deadlines. Monitor policy compliance , drive productivity, and evaluate personnel . Interpret blueprints/specifications ; apply your welding knowledge to resolve issues. Verify quality to ensure products meet drawings and customer expectations. Lead communications and training to upskill the team. Complete administrative requirements per company procedures. Maintain order and strive for zero defects/incidents . What you bring Bilingual English/Spanish communication (speak, read, write). 2+ years leading in manufacturing or production support. You'll work in an outdoor plant environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures, and around moving machinery.
