You will be leading 1-2 other people daily to execute projects, mostly focused on polishing and coatings on some of the most beautiful job sites in Texas. This is challenging, but rewarding work. We work as a tight-knit team and do not have any solo operators. You will be a leader called on to set high standards and solve problems. Though you will have support and resources, it's preferred that the person in this position has experience with decorative concrete work. We hire for character and train for competency. If you are looking to just be a hand and not learn the ins and outs of a trade and become a master craftsman, this is not the position for you.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment. Lead and work on the craft of diamond polishing, staining, decorative engraving, and resinous/cement-based concrete coatings. Conduct thorough inspections of completed work and fix details. Use the inherent conflict of working with other people to build better relationships. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Requirements Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Lives within 30 miles of Marble Falls/Granite Shoals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 1-3 years of experience in construction and decorative concrete is preferred.
