Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Pump Operator with a valid CDL A or B license to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate concrete pumping equipment to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of concrete on various construction sites. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth workflows, support concrete placement, and contribute to the successful completion of building projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy machinery and be part of a dedicated team committed to quality craftsmanship and safety. Duties Operate concrete pump trucks with precision, ensuring accurate placement of concrete on site Coordinate with construction crews to determine the best pumping strategies for each project Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to guarantee safe operation Assist with loading and unloading concrete mixers, dump trucks, and other heavy machinery as needed Support other construction activities such as rebar installation, concrete forming, paving, and finishing tasks Maintain clear communication with site supervisors regarding progress, issues, or safety concerns Follow all safety protocols and regulations to promote a secure work environment at all times Requirements Valid CDL A or B license with necessary endorsements for commercial vehicle operation Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and concrete mixers Knowledge of concrete pumping techniques and related construction processes Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly Construction site experience, including familiarity with rebar installation and concrete finishing Ability to operate additional machinery like dump trucks and forklifts when required Excellent teamwork skills combined with a safety-first mindset Join us if you're eager to apply your heavy equipment operation skills in a fast-paced construction environment! Pay:
$65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
