Concrete Laborer

Industrial Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborers for industrial projects nationwide. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to perform demanding outdoor work and maintain a heavy travel schedule. This position requires extensive travel (90%+). Candidates are assigned to out-of-town projects for the full duration of each assignment. This is not a rotational schedule and is not suitable for those seeking frequent home time. Job Overview As a Concrete Laborer, you will provide essential hands-on support for industrial concrete construction. This is a physically active role involving all aspects of concrete labor on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities Concrete Labor:

Perform all concrete labor duties as directed.

Formwork & Rebar:

Assist with rebar installation and tying.

Site Prep:

Support tasks such as drilling and doweling.

Technical Execution:

Follow plans, specifications, and directions from leadership.

Safety & Policy:

Maintain and enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies.

Project Support:

Work on active industrial or commercial jobsites in varying weather conditions.

Requirements Residency Requirement:

Candidates must live within 30 miles of Midlothian, Texas. This is a mandatory requirement and will be verified.

Experience:

Minimum of one year of recent, hands-on concrete or general construction experience.

Travel:

Ability and willingness to travel 90%+ of the time for the duration of project assignments.

Physical Stamina:

Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and work at ground level. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license required. No CDL is required, but you must be willing to drive company vehicles and obtain a DOT medical card if necessary.

Communication:

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crews and management. Work Environment Work is performed on active industrial construction sites, often outdoors. Employees must have adequate vision, hearing, and hand dexterity to safely perform duties. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background verification, pre-employment physical, and drug screening.
