Duties Communicate professionally and effectively through email and phone correspondence Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed Support the sales and construction teams through estimating functions Review plans and bid sets as needed Complete proposals and bid request Consistently produce high-quality, accurate work Correspond with architects, subcontractors, and customers Prioritize excellent customer service with quick response times Actively contribute to achieving company goals Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills, preferably in a construction or fast-paced office environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Basic knowledge of office equipment including printers and scanners Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable Excellent computer literacy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management techniques Pay based on experience
