Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Helper to assist our skilled trade crews on-site. In this multicraft support role, you will work closely with Journeymen, Concrete Finishers, and other skilled craft workers. You will help complete high-quality industrial and commercial build tasks. Your primary focus will be supporting concrete work, managing trade materials, and setting up job areas to maximize crew efficiency.

Core Responsibilities Concrete & Carpentry Support:

Assist with building and stripping concrete forms, placing rebar or wire mesh, and pouring or leveling concrete mixes.

Journeyman Assistance:

Actively assist journeymen across multiple crafts by tracking down necessary tools, measuring materials, and holding components during installation.

Multicraft Tool Operation:

Safely handle specialized trade tools including power saws, grinders, concrete mixers, drills, and compactors.

Material Management:

Stage, sort, and deliver specific trade materials, pipes, lumber, and hardware directly to active work areas.

Site Care & Cleanup:

Maintain a highly organized workspace, scrape down forms, clean specialty trade tools, and ensure safety paths remain clear.

Required Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a construction helper, concrete worker, or multitrade assistant is preferred.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift up to 5070 lbs regularly throughout a full shift.

Trade Literacy:

Ability to read a tape measure accurately and safely recognize standard building components.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to travel directly to and from assigned job locations.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a strong commitment to worksite safety policies. Key Skills & Competencies Ability to understand, follow, and execute verbal or written builder blueprints and technical directions. Good teamwork instincts and swift communication skills in fastpaced environments. Strong willingness to expand skills across concrete, mechanical, or structural crafts.
