Our Verti-Crete walls are noted for their exceptional sound deadening and screening qualities, and the walls meet or exceed all municipal building code wind-shear standards. Verti-Crete's interlocking walls are engineered to withstand the most demanding environmental elements and offer the look and feel of a true mason's work. Concrete Precaster Hawk Precast is looking for individuals to work as Concrete Precasters to help create precast concrete products such as concrete screen walls and retaining blocks. As a Precaster, you will be responsible for general labouring duties associated with pouring concrete into prefabricated forms. Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to; preparing moulds for concrete to be poured, overseeing concrete pours, releasing concrete products from moulds, cleanings moulds and work stations for future product pours, reading and understanding directions, fabrication, mould making, and coordinating and communicating with other production areas. We will train the right candidates who demonstrate an interest in the process, are eager to learn, are dependable, and are motivated to work as part of the Precast team. These positions are full time, year-round in all weather conditions.
Requirements for all candidates:
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Experience with forklifts, quality assurance and quality control is beneficial, though not required.
  • Previous labouring experience
  • Ability to work the required hours and in outdoor conditions
