In this pivotal role, you will coordinate crews, manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high-quality standards across multiple commercial and infrastructure projects. Your expertise in construction management, technical drawing review, and team supervision will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete construction teams, ensuring efficient crew management and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate construction schedules using project management software such as BuilderTrend, Procore, or similar tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Currently the company is using several software programs including Foundation for Construction. Review construction drawings and technical specifications to interpret design intent accurately and ensure compliance with project requirements. Oversee quality control procedures, including inspecting materials, verifying proper installation techniques. Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA standards and construction safety management protocols. Manage budgets, change orders, and documentation through systems like Prolog or Bluebeam to maintain accurate records of project progress. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate activities, resolve issues promptly, and keep projects on schedule. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial concrete construction with a strong background in managing large-scale projects. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading construction crews on-site with excellent management and communication skills. Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or similar tools for scheduling and documentation. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately for effective supervision. Knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations applicable to construction sites. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control measures, and safety protocols. Experience managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation efficiently using industry-standard software systems.
