The Field Civil Leadman is responsible for various aspects of civil construction including form, concrete, carpentry, and rodbusting work.
Alternative Titles Rodbuster Form Setter Carpenter Crewmember Journeyman Essential Functions:
Set forms, tie rebar, pour and finish concrete, and carpentry work Layout, erect, dismantle, and load tank jig, scaffolding, and other miscellaneous steel structures Layout, secure, brace, and pin steel plate, include cone, vertical, shell, ring beam, access tube, and other associated steel tank structures and appurtenances Basic surveying and general layout abilities Arrive at jobsite or departure point on time Attend and participate in crew safety meetings Understand and practice the Landmark Safety Policy. Observe all safety practices and procedures. Immediately report all incidents and unsafe site, equipment or rigging conditions to supervisor Maintain Landmark property, equipment, jobsite, office and tool house in a clean and orderly fashion. Interact with supervisors and peers in a professional manner Improves personal skills and training and those of fellow employees Assist supervisors in establishing material and equipment requirements for job Follow and support company policy and procedures Rigging knowledge Signaling of cranes and other heavy construction equipment Fall protection methods Understanding of OSHA Part 1926

Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of similar experience Experience setting forms for concrete pours for the construction of concrete structures Experience tying rebar Experience in various aspects of concrete work Travel Extensive overnight travel EOE, including disability/vets
