Job Description

We're Hiring:
Field Coordinator - Precast Concrete / Steel Structure | Taylor, TX We are recruiting 4 experienced Field Coordinators to support a major, large-scale construction project in Taylor, Texas . This is a hands-on field role for construction professionals with experience in precast concrete (PC), reinforced concrete (RC), and structural steel construction who are comfortable coordinating installation activities, subcontractors, materials, quality, and field operations.
What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate daily field activities with the GC, subcontractors, and field crews
  • Support and monitor precast concrete and structural steel installation
  • Verify field installation against blueprints, structural shop drawings, and specifications
  • Monitor PC material deliveries, unloading, staging, and removal
  • Ensure installation sequencing aligns with the project schedule
  • Identify and communicate field, safety, and quality issues
  • Coordinate technical issues between designers, contractors, and field teams
  • Provide daily and weekly progress and material-status reports
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of construction field experience
  • Strong experience with precast concrete and/or structural steel construction
  • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and installation sequences
  • Experience with material logistics on active construction sites
  • Strong understanding of OSHA and construction-site safety
  • Strong field coordination and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Ability to work overtime, overnight, or holidays as project schedules require
Preferred Experience:
  • Semiconductor, industrial, or large commercial construction
  • Experience with interior construction following structural installation
