Consider a career Tricon in the Waco, Texas area. We are a leader in the Industrial Services Industry in search of Concrete Laborers to join us for an amazing fulltime opportunity with a family-owned company that is ready to make a commitment to you and your career goals. With safety being our top priority, Tricon has exciting plans for 2026. Won't you come and join us? Job duties include but are not limited to: Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete. Assisting with concrete formwork and reinforcement. Operating hand and power tools for concrete finishing. Assisting with form setting and mucking. Assisting with the placement and finishing of concrete slabs and structures. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects Following safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Previous experience in concrete labor or related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time. Previous experience in concrete labor or related field is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends if necessary. Experience with concrete forming, rebar tying, and finishing preferred. 1 year of heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Hourly Pay:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour DOE.
