Concrete Batch Plant Manager We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our small-quantity ready-mix concrete batch plant. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the concrete batch plant, including batching, quality control, and production Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service Perform general upkeep and maintenance of the plant, rental equipment, and work areas Assist with pre-cast concrete work as needed Operate and maintain construction equipment (wheel loaders, track loaders, landscape tractors, and similar equipment) Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs correctly, even when the problem is unfamiliar Ideal Candidate Prior concrete experience with concrete batching preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions Familiar with the operation and maintenance of small engines and construction equipment Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others Hard-working, self-driven, and hands-on This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands in the construction industry and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
