Requirements:

3-4 years of concrete finishing experience. 1-2 years of prior foreman experience preferred. Proficient in blueprint reading and construction plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
