Job Summary We are seeking motivated and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our construction team. This position supports concrete crews with site preparation, placing and finishing concrete, and maintaining a safe and productive job site. Ideal candidates are hardworking, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Assist with concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations Prepare job sites, including grading, forming, and cleanup Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand and power tools safely Follow company safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with foremen and crew members Maintain clean and organized work areas Qualifications Previous construction or concrete experience preferred (not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends Commitment to workplace safety Company Benefits and Perks Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits. 401(k) with 4% match Professional development assistance Company culture and company activities Career growth and development opportunities E04JI802niof409afyp
