This role focuses on assisting with the installation, finishing, and maintenance of concrete collars and related concrete structures. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities and Duties Project Execution & Installation Work hard and efficiently alongside other crew members, including finishers and equipment operators, to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met. Interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of the work. Coordinate with foreman to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Communicate effectively with foreman to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Communication & Coordination Communicate with foreman, and customers as required. Provide updates on progress, site conditions, and expected completion timeline reports to foreman/crew leader. Ensure work aligns with project schedules and deadlines. Provide accurate time stamps entries Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in concrete collar work or construction preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying weather conditions. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
