This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional with strong cast-in-place (CIP) and self-perform concrete experience who wants to join a growing organization with significant opportunities for long-term career development and advancement. The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, with responsibility for project execution, financial performance, scheduling, team coordination, and client relationships. Projects will be based in Arlington and Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities:

Manage large-scale self-perform concrete projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee project budgets, cost codes, forecasting, and overall financial performance. Coordinate project schedules, manpower, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Monitor project costs, productivity, quality, and schedule performance. Partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership throughout project execution. Maintain strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams. Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions. Support and develop project team members.

Qualifications:

Strong experience with cast-in-place/self-perform concrete construction. Project management experience within commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction. Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, cost controls, and financial performance. Experience with projects such as data centers, high-rises, stadiums, hospitals, industrial facilities, commercial construction, or parking structures preferred (Projects range from $16M-$27M). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated career stability and progression. Willingness to relocate to Virginia.
