Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing many phases of commercial and industrial construction. We self-perform a variety construction tasks; carpentry, concrete, demolition, steel erection, door installations and more. We are looking for those who are self-driven and motivated to be a part a of the building process, willing to be hands on and involved in each project and work in varying weather conditions. As a team member you will be expected to work alongside other Lantz team members contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Expected Schedule/Hours of Work:
Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, and vary from starting at 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Field Operations generally work 4 10-hour days depending on the job and weather conditions.)
Travel:
Travel is primarily local during the business day and varies with position. Full-time Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) - eligible on day one; prorated for first year based on initial balance of 72 hours (9 8-hour days) Seven (7) Paid Holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Voluntary Life and Short-term Disability Insurance Voluntary Supplementary Plans (Accident & Critical Illness) Participation in the Retirement Plan 401(K) with 100% match up to 5% Participation in Retirement Employee Stock Ownership Plan Required Skills, Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Interest in the construction field Reliable transportation Ability to contribute and share knowledge with others Ability to work cohesively with others Positive attitude and works with integrity Commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction Preferred Skills, Education and Experience Technical school and hands on experience with varying tools and equipment Additional Eligibility Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation Workers must be punctual and reliable Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
OSHA 10-HOUR
CPR/First Aid Vary depending on position within Lantz
