Concrete Pump Operator CDL A or B Required

Duties Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of concrete boom pump equipment on job sites Learn to safely position and control the boom to accurately place concrete in designated areas Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the boom pump, identifying any maintenance or safety concerns Monitor concrete flow and communicate with the placement crew to ensure efficient and precise pours Clean and maintain the boom pump system, including pipes, hoses, and hopper, after each use Follow proper safety procedures when operating around power lines, structures, and other job site hazards Maintain accurate records of equipment use, inspections, and basic maintenance activities Work closely with experienced operators and crew members to develop skills for a safe and effective boom pump operation Experience Valid CDL A or B license required Willingness to learn and be trained in concrete boom pump operation Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment checks Ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively on construction sites Previous construction or heavy equipment experience is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
