This role involves installing high-quality epoxy coatings and polishing concrete surfaces to meet industry standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in concrete coatings, concrete polishing, and equipment operation, with a focus on quality and consistency. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within commercial and industrial settings, contributing to the durability and aesthetic appeal of various surfaces. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for epoxy installation and concrete polishing, including cleaning, grinding, and leveling Operate floor equipment such as grinders, shot blasters, and industrial vacuums safely and efficiently Apply epoxy coatings with attention to detail to ensure smooth, durable finishes Polish concrete surfaces to achieve desired gloss levels using specialized equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications Conduct quality inspections of finished surfaces to ensure compliance with industry standards Qualifications Proven experience in epoxy installation, concrete polishing, or related coating trades Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with floor prep equipment and application tools Ability to operate grinders, shot blasters, and industrial vacuums safely and efficiently Strong understanding of industry safety standards and procedures Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Applicant must have a valid Driver's License with Real ID and provide their birth certificate in order to work on base.
