Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete on a variety of construction projects, including sidewalks, driveways, slabs, foundations, and other structural or decorative surfaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with concrete tools, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Set forms and ensure alignment and proper elevation Pour, spread, and level concrete using rakes, shovels, and trowels Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools, power trowels, and other finishing equipment Apply curing compounds or protective finishes as needed Monitor the effects of weather on concrete during the curing process Patch and repair damaged concrete surfaces Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in concrete finishing (preferred) Familiarity with finishing tools and techniques Ability to read plans and follow instructions accurately Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials Reliable transportation and punctuality Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
