Concrete Batch Operator

DMV Concrete is seeking a reliable and dedicated Concrete Batch Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating the concrete batching system, producing quality concrete mixes, and helping keep plant operations running safely and efficiently.

Monday-Saturday Pay:

Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor concrete batching equipment Produce concrete mixes according to order specifications. Maintain accurate batch records and tickets Communicate with drivers and dispatch regarding loads and schedules Perform basic plant maintenance and housekeeping Monitor inventory of levels of materials Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous batching experience preferred Basic computer and math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and Punctual Good communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
