Virginia About 360 Services of Virginia 360 Services of Virginia is a growing construction company providing services related to concrete, road work, work-zone construction, landscaping/site restoration, and general construction. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers . This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship. The primary functions of this position will involve concrete and road construction , including demolition, forming, pouring, and finishing. However, the position will not be limited to concrete work. Employees may perform a variety of tasks associated with roadway construction, work-zone maintenance, landscaping, site restoration, concrete construction, demolition, and general construction . There will also be opportunities to work with a variety of power tools and construction equipment , including breakers, skill saws, skid steers, mini excavators, and other equipment used on our projects. Skid steer and mini excavator experience is not required for this position. However, previous experience operating heavy equipment is a plus and may provide opportunities for additional responsibilities as the employee develops their skills. Primary Responsibilities Assist with concrete demolition and removal Prepare work areas for concrete installation Build and install concrete forms Assist with concrete pours Rake, screed, float, and finish concrete Operate concrete breakers and other demolition tools Use skill saws and other power tools as directed Perform general site preparation and cleanup Assist with excavation, grading, and material handling Assist with roadway and road construction projects Perform landscaping and site restoration associated with work zones Restore areas disturbed by construction Spread and install topsoil, seed, straw, mulch, and other landscaping materials Assist with erosion-control and drainage-related work Maintain and clean up work zones and surrounding areas Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment Assist with the operation of skid steers, mini excavators, and other heavy equipment when qualified and directed Perform general labor duties as directed by supervisors and foremen Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and properly Perform other construction, landscaping, roadwork, and equipment-related duties as needed Qualifications Previous construction, concrete, roadwork, or landscaping experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and work hard Reliable and dependable Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Ability and willingness to learn how to safely operate various tools and equipment Valid driver's license is a plus Concrete finishing, forming, demolition, road construction, landscaping, or site-restoration experience is a plus Previous skid steer or mini excavator experience is a plus, but is not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn .
