We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman who enjoys leading crews, working hands-on in the field, and building industrial concrete projects in fast-paced environments. If you have experience supervising crews, reading blueprints, managing concrete work, and maintaining strong safety standards, we want to hear from you. Concrete Foreman - Industrial Construction Requirements Minimum 4-5 years' experience as a Concrete Carpenter, Form Carpenter, Concrete Foreman, or related concrete construction role Previous experience supervising crews of 5-10+ workers Minimum 2 years of industrial construction experience Strong experience with: Concrete forming Rebar installation and tying Concrete pouring and finishing Anchor bolts and epoxy grouting Blueprint and drawing interpretation Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and industrial job site safety Ability to estimate materials, organise manpower, and manage daily work schedules Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be legally authorised to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews on industrial concrete construction projects Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project layouts Build, brace, and strip concrete forms Install and tie rebar and anchor bolts Perform and oversee concrete pouring, finishing, and epoxy grout applications Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards Conduct site inspections and maintain safe work areas Complete daily paperwork including: Timesheets; Work orders; Safety documentation; Accident reports.
