Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various concrete-related tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise concrete work, contributing to the durability and quality of our structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of construction sites by setting up formwork, rebar installation, and ensuring proper layout according to blueprints and technical drawings. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces. Perform concrete cutting and heavy lifting activites in a team setting. Adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations by wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications Previous experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete work is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate power tools Knowledge of concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, and formwork construction. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining endurance throughout long shifts. Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Pay:
