The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and possess a variety of skills related to construction. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial builds, where you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, finishing, and restoration of concrete structures. Duties Laying and tying rebar Drilling holes in concrete, rebars or dowels Using lumber to form curbs and flatwork for each project Edging, smoothing out and finishing the concrete Follow proper concrete procedures Load and unload materials at the beginning and end of day Time management skills to ensure the job is completed on time so that the next phase can start. Utilize concrete pumping techniques to efficiently place concrete in hard-to-reach areas.
