The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with self-performed cast-in-place concrete construction and a strong understanding of concrete operations, quality, safety, scheduling, productivity, and client relations. HAVE ALL

): 7+ Years of Project Management experience within the Construction industry 10+ Years of overall Construction experience preferred Extensive experience with Self-Performed Concrete Construction Strong knowledge of Cast-in-Place (CIP) Concrete Experience working for a Self-Performing Concrete Contractor Proven ability to manage projects valued at $6M+ Experience with Mid-Rise and High-Rise Construction Background with Stadiums, Large Parking Structures, Data Centers, Distribution Centers, or Manufacturing Facilities Familiarity with Turnkey Concrete and Self-Perform Work Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques, materials, quality, and equipment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of Safety, Cost Planning, Scheduling, and Productivity Strong Client Relations and Communication skills Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression Tilt-Wall experience Willingness to travel as required #PRI
