This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating daily production, leading a small crew, and helping deliver high-quality precast concrete products safely, efficiently, and on schedule. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate the daily activities of a small production crew in a fast-paced precast concrete facility. Plan and organize daily production to maximize efficiency, product quality, and plant output. Oversee the stripping, cleaning, setup, and pouring of precast concrete forms. Work closely with the Plant Manager, Quality Control Manager, Yard Foreperson, drivers, and other team members to meet production schedules and customer expectations. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company safety standards and plant procedures. Monitor product inventory and raw material levels to support uninterrupted production. Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with team members and management. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. What We're Looking For Experience in the precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, or related construction industry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings and clearly communicate requirements to the production team. Proven leadership experience leading crews in a manufacturing, precast, or construction environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced setting. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.
