Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Foundation Foreman to lead and oversee the construction of foundational structures for residential projects. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, manage teams of skilled workers, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain project schedules. Your expertise in concrete work, and team supervision will drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete foundation crews, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance throughout all phases of construction. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute foundation layouts and specifications. Monitor daily site activities, manage crew assignments, and ensure proper use of equipment including ohmmeters for quality control testing. Review construction drawings and technical documents to verify accuracy and resolve any discrepancies before execution. Enforce federal OSHA safety regulations and construction site safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Supervise and coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless schedule integration and quality standards are met. Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction regulations. Experience Proven experience in residential construction with a focus on concrete foundations. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately. Strong background in managing teams on construction sites with excellent supervisory skills. Familiarity with OSHA standards, federal construction safety regulations, and industry best practices for safety management. Prior experience in a construction setting with a focus on quality control and project scheduling. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently.
