Project Manager - High-Rise Multifamily Construction -
Concrete Location:
Greater Seattle Area About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established real estate developer and general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale multifamily construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of high-rise residential developments. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive schedules, oversee budgets, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Lead construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans. Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Prepare and manage bid packages, scopes of work, and subcontract awards. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget. Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and constructability. Manage project reporting, documentation, and communication with key stakeholders. Oversee Project Engineers, Coordinators, and field teams while providing mentorship and leadership. Drive quality control, safety, and overall project performance throughout the construction lifecycle. Collaborate closely with ownership, design teams, and field operations to ensure successful project delivery. What We're Looking For 5-7+ years of project management experience within commercial or multifamily construction. Experience managing large-scale residential or high-rise projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project financials. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, and other project management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Pay:
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
