We're a small, hands-on company that takes pride in quality work and the reputation we've built. I'm looking for an experienced, dependable concrete finisher who cares about their work and wants to be a valued part of our crew. We do a mix of industrial and residential concrete work, along with some commercial projects. Our work includes driveways, patios, slabs, and industrial concrete removal and replacement. We need someone comfortable with both the setup and finishing sides of the job. What you'll do

• Prepare jobsites and set forms to the correct grade and slope.
• Place, screed, edge, joint, and finish concrete.
• Perform broom and power-trowel finishes.
• Work with the crew through all stages of a project, including cleanup.
• Take care of company tools, equipment, and trucks. What we're looking for
• Proven concrete flatwork and finishing experience.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a small crew.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to communicate and work well with others.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Washougal.

Schedule and transportation We meet at our Washougal shop, then travel to jobsites in a company work truck. You must be comfortable driving a company truck as needed. We work Monday through Friday, typically 8-10 hours per day, with weekends off.

Pay:
