Concrete Cutter / Foreman

In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete cutting projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. Coordinate daily activities and manage crew assignments to optimize productivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Conduct regular inspections of work performed and provide feedback to team members. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met. Train and mentor junior staff on concrete cutting techniques and safety practices. Assist in estimating project costs and timelines. Qualifications Proven experience in concrete cutting and related construction work. Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role is preferred. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
