As a Multi-Family Home Wall Foreman at our Dane location, you will: Lead assigned crew to ensure completion of jobs in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets. Assign tasks to crew members. Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely. Ensure the work truck is loaded correctly with proper tools and equipment. Vehicle mechanical and safety inspection checklists must be complete before starting the day. Maintain truck stocks of consumable materials. Lay out forms, height, pitch, etc. Ensure job-site conditions for safety and job quality and notify your Project Manager of any changes or issues. Leave the jobsite clean and orderly upon completion of work. Company tools and equipment must be kept clean and in working condition. Review and check all timecards, complete all required internal reporting documents Complete final quality review of all job sites. Attend required foreman and safety meetings. Requirements:
Requirements A minimum of three (3) years of field experience in walls is preferred. Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable Ability to work outside in all conditions Willing and able to drive to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of Dane, WI Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly
