As a flatwork laborer at our Dane location, you will: Assist with the set up of interior and exterior flatwork and/or foundation projects Pour stone and concrete Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets Why Cru Concrete? Requirements:
Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation Great work ethic, punctual, and dependable Ability to work outside in all conditions Willing and able to drive to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of Dane, WI Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly
Daily Tasks:
Be aware of and allow all safety policies Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly Maintain site organization and clean up Assist with training new crew members and finishers Assist with all aspects of exterior setup Exterior edging Tool jointing during both layout and installation Complete hard trowel finishing on garages up to 1200 sq ft Complete hard trowel finishing on basements up to 1600 sq ft Set up steps Complete hard trowel finishing on stoops up to 150 sq ft Other duties as assigned We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected classes
