Concrete Worker

The work you do sets the stage for everything that follows. Northcentral Construction in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is hiring a Concrete Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on role working on footings, walls, slabs, and site concrete. You'll be setting forms, placing and finishing concrete, tying rebar, and grading materials to the correct elevations. You'll also work with stamped concrete, including color hardeners and release agents when needed. You'll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as skid loaders and forklifts. Reading plans, setting heights, and understanding layout are all part of the job, along with working closely with the crew to keep projects moving. We're looking for someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job right. Experience in concrete is helpful, but not required. If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you. $35.00 - $37.00 per hour
