Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Concrete Flatwork Workers for a commercial concrete project in the Appleton, WI area.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of commercial concrete flatwork experience and be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability. Responsibilities
Perform commercial concrete flatwork
Assist with concrete placement, finishing, forming, and related activities
Prepare and maintain work areas for concrete installation
Assist with grading, layout, and site preparation as needed
Work safely and efficiently as part of a concrete crew
Follow directions from foremen and project leadership
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other concrete-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete flatwork experience
Experience working on commercial construction projects
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work overtime as needed
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a crew
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding construction work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, kneeling, and working outdoors for extended periods.

Basic construction PPE and tools required. Additional Information

Mostly local work with minimal travel
