Meet at our Green Bay shop each morning. Ride to the jobsite in company trucks. Your workday starts when the trucks leave the shop... and ends when they return. No driving your own vehicle all over Northeast Wisconsin.

We're Looking for Professionals This isn't an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already has concrete flatwork experience and takes pride in producing quality work. If you're dependable, motivated, and enjoy being part of a crew that works hard while having a good time, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing You'll work alongside one of our experienced crews on residential and light commercial concrete projects including: Basements Garages Driveways Patios Sidewalks Decorative & stamped concrete Occasional commercial projects Daily responsibilities include: Setting forms Grading Installing rebar Pouring concrete Screeding Bull floating Hand finishing Machine troweling Saw cutting Site cleanup Everyone pitches in. Teamwork is part of every job. What We're Looking For Required Concrete flatwork experience Experience with hard finishing and machine troweling Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to our Green Bay shop Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work outdoors in Wisconsin weather Positive attitude and strong work ethic Bonus Points Leadership experience Experience running equipment CDL (not required) Typical Schedule Monday-Friday Arrive for 6:15 AM Load trucks Weekly crew huddle Leave in company trucks Paid morning break Unpaid lunch Typically home between 4:00-5:00 PM Fridays are often a little shorter Average work week is around 45 hours , with paid overtime.
