About us Traditional Concrete, Inc. is a small manufacturing business located in Menomonee Falls, WI. We produce custom concrete light poles that are shipped nationwide. We are currently backlogged with orders so there is opportunity for overtime.

Concrete Pole Finisher Duties:

• Prepare concrete pole surfaces for sealing by patching, grinding or blasting
• Apply curing compounds or sealants to concrete pole
• Paint casting components of pole
• Operate tools such as drills, grinders, or sand-blasting equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Experience:

• Proficient in operating heavy equipment preferred but will train
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
