Hotel accommodations plus $50/night for overnight work Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for a large commercial flatwork project in Milwaukee, WI. This is an outdoor position focused on finishing commercial concrete flatwork. Candidates must have hands-on experience operating walk-behind power trowels or riding trowels/buggies and be comfortable working long hours in an outdoor construction environment. Responsibilities Finish large commercial concrete flatwork. Operate walk-behind power trowels and/or riding trowels/buggies. Perform concrete finishing activities according to project requirements. Use finishing hand tools and basic concrete tools. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods. Work 50+ hours per week, including overtime as needed. Requirements Previous commercial concrete finishing experience required. Experience operating walk-behind power trowels or riding trowels/buggies . Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must have basic finishing hand tools. Must have appropriate work boots and basic PPE. No specific certifications or state licenses required. No drug screen required. No background check required.
