Duties Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete for sidewalks, patios, and other structures, ensuring proper placement. Use hand tools and power tools to install hardscape features like retaining walls, pavers, and pathways. Operate equipment such as skid steer and other machinery safely to excavate sites or move materials. Support landscape design projects by planting trees, shrubs, plants. Conduct routine site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout all tasks. Experience Prior experience with landscaping or construction/concrete work is required. Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for operating equipment like skid steers or power tools safely. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely; experience with power tools is an advantage. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team. Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions; safety awareness is essential.
