Job Description

Our client, a family-owned construction company specializing in agricultural, commercial, and residential construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our crews and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside concrete crews on residential and commercial projects Assign daily tasks and keep projects on schedule Train and mentor crew members Lead daily work huddles and communicate project expectations Read and understand construction plans and specifications Monitor work quality and make adjustments as needed Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Communicate with project management, customers, and crew members Enforce company safety policies and procedures Monitor equipment and report maintenance or repair needs What We're Looking For Previous concrete construction and/or Foreman experience Strong knowledge of concrete construction, materials, and equipment Ability to read construction plans Good math and measurement skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to organize work and manage changing priorities Valid driver's license Ability to work a varied schedule based on project needs Benefits Travel to and from job sites Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match If you're an experienced concrete professional who is ready to lead a crew and be hands-on in the field, we'd like to hear from you. #
TOWOC Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 48.0 per week
