Concrete Construction Estimator Requirements:

2+ yrs of Estimating, Construction/Project Management, or Related Experience required Experience Reviewing Project Plans/Specs, Material/labor Needs/Take Offs required Experience preparing estimates/quotes, bids, etc. required Construction Accounting/Job Costing - Intuit Enterprise, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project exp preferred Concrete/Civil Construction, AG/Industrial Construction or Related Trades experience preferred

Concrete Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

Supporting the estimating, budgeting, and planning of concrete construction projects Responsibilities include reviewing plans, preparing estimates and bids, performing material takeoffs, tracking project costs, coordinating pricing with suppliers and subcontractors, managing project documentation, assisting with scheduling, and supporting project reporting Work may involve concrete tanks, digesters, lagoons, waste storage systems, feed storage facilities, foundations, flatwork, and other agricultural, industrial, wastewater, and specialty concrete construction projects throughout the Midwest and nationwide Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
