•42/Hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Sheboygan, WI
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Concrete Laborers and Concrete Finishers to join a growing team working on commercial, industrial, and agricultural construction projects throughout the Sheboygan area. Base Location:
Sheboygan, WI
Job Sites:
Within 50 miles of Sheboygan (occasional travel required)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-5:00 PM (or later as needed)
Overtime:
Saturdays as required
Job Type:
Temp-to-Perm
Transportation:
Reliable transportation to and from job sites required
Pay Based on Experience
Concrete Laborers (2+ Years Experience): $30
•32/hour
Hand Finishers:
$35
•36/hour
Walk-Behind Power Trowel Finishers:
$38
•42/hour
Responsibilities
Form, pour, place, and finish concrete
Assist with flatwork, foundations, and wall systems
Perform site preparation, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
Install reinforcement and assist with concrete placement
Operate hand tools and power finishing equipment based on experience
Support finishers and form setters throughout the project
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all project specifications and safety procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of commercial, industrial, or agricultural concrete experience
Hands-on concrete experience required (general labor experience alone does not qualify)
Experience with flatwork, foundations, or wall systems preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
Basic concrete hand tools required
Reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Required PPE
