BWE Group, Inc. BWE Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing construction team. This is a hands-on field position supporting civil, utility, and general construction projects. This is a union position. Candidates must be willing and able to join the applicable union as required for the position. Responsibilities Place, spread, level, and finish concrete. Finish sidewalks, curbs, pads, slabs, foundations, and other concrete structures. Perform broom, smooth, and other specified finishes. Set forms and establish proper grades and elevations. Use screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, power trowels, saws, vibrators, and other concrete tools. Install expansion and control joints. Patch and repair existing concrete. Assist with concrete demolition and site preparation as needed. Read basic plans, measurements, grades, and elevations. Work closely with Foremen, Operators, Laborers, and other crew members. Maintain tools and equipment. Follow all Company, customer, and job-site safety requirements. What We're Looking For Previous concrete finishing experience required. Experience with civil, utility, roadway, or heavy construction preferred. Must be able to independently perform concrete finishing work. Must be willing to join the applicable union. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. OSHA 10 preferred. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Willingness to work overtime and weekends when project schedules require. Ability to travel to project locations as needed. Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
