Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finishers to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for transforming freshly poured concrete into smooth, durable surfaces that meet precise specifications. Your expertise will help bring construction projects to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to residential developments, contributing to the creation of lasting structures. Duties Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools. Install rebar and formwork according to construction plans to support concrete placement and structural integrity. Operate concrete tools and cutting tools safely and efficiently during various phases of construction. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery used in concrete finishing and construction sites. Skilled in concrete forming, cutting, pouring, finishing, and rebar installation with an eye for detail. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and the ability to follow safety protocol adherence consistently. Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, floats, hammers; power tools including mixers and saws; heavy equipment operation; and scaffolding setup. Ability to lift heavy materials safely during heavy lifting tasks while maintaining proper ergonomics. Experience working on diverse construction projects involving heavy machinery operation, restoration work, flooring installation, tile laying, or masonry is highly valued.
