Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met
  • Estimate project costs and provide accurate bids for electrical work
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is completed according to specifications
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician in the construction industry
  • Proven experience in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and interpreting schematics
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and prioritize tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
