Posted on August 17, 2026 Published By Lori Melgaard Trillium Construction is now hiring an HVAC Foreman in Huntsville AL for long term work!

Will be working on commercial installations of HVAC systems on new construction sites in the Huntsville and surrounding areas, performing ductwork measurement and installation, registers and grilles, setting rooftop units/curbs, split units and mini splits, etc.

Pay:

$30+/hr, depends on experience

Schedule:

Mon-Thurs, 40 hrs/week Long term work! Will be hired on directly after 4-6 months Apply now!

Qualifications:

5+ years HVAC install experience, 2+ years in a Lead or Foreman role
Ability to run jobs with as many as 6 guys on site
Knowledge of the following system types: RTU's, VAV's, VRF systems, split systems
Ability to communicate well with the GC, Project Manager, and Inspectors
Valid DL and reliable transportation
