Landscape Construction Foreman JubileeScape | Mobile Metropolitan Area JubileeScape creates exceptional outdoor spaces across the Alabama Gulf Coast and Florida Panhandle. Our skilled team—known as Impression Makers —combines expertise in horticulture, agronomy, irrigation, soil science, hardscape construction, and business operations to deliver work we're proud of. We're looking for a hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field production in the Mobile metropolitan area. This role is ideal for someone who can run a jobsite, lead a crew, solve problems quickly, and consistently deliver safe, high-quality work. What You'll Do Lead and supervise landscape construction crew Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment Read blueprints, plans, and project specifications Safely operate heavy equipment Oversee grading, planting, hardscape, irrigation, and low-voltage wiring work Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and productivity Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and other stakeholders Train, coach, and develop crew members Maintain organized, professional jobsites What We're Looking For Previous experience in landscape construction Prior foreman, crew leader, or field leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and equipment Ability to read plans and execute work accurately in the field Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability Ability to work outdoors and lead a crew in physically demanding conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work outdoors regularly Success in This Role Looks Like Crews understand the plan before work begins Jobsites are safe, organized, and productive Work meets JubileeScape quality standards with minimal rework Labor, materials, and equipment are coordinated efficiently Project managers receive timely and accurate field updates Customers and team members experience professionalism on every jobsite Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Career growth opportunities Supportive team culture JubileeScape is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
