#IND123 - Skilled jobs Marine Pile Driving Foreman - Alabama Shipyard Alabama Shipyard is seeking an experienced Marine Pile Driving Foreman to plan, coordinate, and supervise pile-driving operations and waterfront construction projects. This position will lead field crews, coordinate equipment and materials, review blueprints and project specifications, monitor production, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of marine construction experience. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or foreman experience. Experience installing concrete piles, steel H-piles, steel pipe piles, and drilled shafts. Knowledge of cranes, barges, marine equipment, pile removal, and marine concrete demolition. Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications. Valid driver's license. Strong leadership, safety, communication, and organizational skills.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM, with overtime and weekend work as needed. This is a hands-on outdoor position performed on marine construction sites, barges, docks, vessels, and waterfront facilities. Candidates must be able to climb, work at heights, access uneven surfaces, and lift up to 50 pounds.
